WHY REVIVAL?
As Christians, we have a tendency to get so caught up with the everyday affairs of life that we lose sight of the things that should matter most. Sometimes it takes a tragedy to cause us to stop long enough to consider our priorities and to get things lined up in the right order. But it is not necessary for us to wait to experience tragedy to get our house in order.
This is what revivals are all about. They are a time for us to pause from the business of life and invite God to search our hearts and attitudes. It is a time to take spiritual inventory.
OUR EVANGELIST
Dr. Marlin Hotle has served in a number of ministry settings. He served for 15 years as a pastor. He taught for six years in a Bible College and served as an Academic Dean. For six years he served as the Executive Director of the Christian Holiness Partnership. For 22 years he was a District Superintendent in The Wesleyan Church. He is the author of eight books and has contributed to several others. But his greatest love has always been preaching. Over the years he has served as an evangelist in revivals and camp meetings for 23 different denominations as well as many independent camps and churches.
